meori privacy policy

Last updated: October 1, 2026

meori is a private tool its developer uses to upload videos to the developer's own YouTube channels. It is not offered to the public, and no one other than the developer signs in to it.

YouTube API Services

meori uses YouTube API Services. By using meori you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

What meori accesses

With the channel owner's permission, meori uses the YouTube Data API to upload a video, set its title, description, tags, privacy and schedule, add caption files, post a comment on that video, and read the channel's name to confirm which channel is signed in. It does not read, collect or store viewer data, comments from others, analytics or any other personal information.

Storage and sharing

The OAuth access token Google issues is stored only on the developer's own computer, in a file readable only by that user. Nothing is sent to any server other than Google's. No data is sold, shared with third parties or used for advertising.

Revoking access

Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or through Google security settings. Deleting the token file on the developer's computer also removes meori's stored access.
